• Enhance infrastructure to ensure a safe and secure environment for all students and staff
• Maintain a source of pride among members of the community
• Add value to students’ daily learning experience
through facility improvements

Scope of the Project

Solvay High School

• Replace classroom unit ventilators and add air conditioning to instructional spaces currently without
• Replace gymnasium air handling unit and add air conditioning
• Replace kitchen ventilation system
• Replace art room paint/fume hood and exhaust fan
• Replace existing rooftop units and roof exhaust fans
• Install new chiller plant for air conditioning
• Temperature control replacement
• Ceiling replacement and LED lighting upgrades
