Promise Zone is a school-based mental health program that matches students' emotional and behavioral needs with effective, targeted interventions designed to develop skills and increase engagement in instructional time through a multi-tiered system of support.  This program is managed by Coordinated Care Services Inc., on behalf of Onondaga County, Department of Children and Family Services, Division of School Based Initiatives.

The SELI provides small-group social skill instruction, structured conflict resolution. The SEL Interventionist will support students’ social-emotional health and development.  Partners with teachers to develop strategies for student success.

PK-12 ACCESS is the engagement, assessment, planning and referral process for Onondaga County children, youth and families struggling in home, school and/or community.  We provide a 24 hr./ 7 day a week intake line where families can reach out if they need support with their youth.  Our team includes Family Peer Advocates who have raised children who have been a part of the child serving systems. The ACCESS team supports families in navigating complex child serving systems to ensure that youth have the services that best meet their needs.

Family Support Specialists focus on parent engagement, assessment, service planning, supportive counseling, and case management. Our goal is to remove barriers and improve resources to improve wellbeing and academic success.
