The Sounds of the Season at Solvay UFSD
The halls of Solvay Elementary School have been abuzz with two new kind of sounds – caroling and kazoos. On Monday, Dec. 18, students in the group "Solvay Sound" stopped by the Solvay Board of Education meeting to sing a few holiday songs for the BOE members and those in attendance. The group will continue to share the sounds of the season over the next few days, as they walk through the halls of the district buildings singing carols for all to hear.
Students from Solvay Elementary School have been hearing the sounds of kazoos throughout their halls. Teachers from SES have been busy practicing for their upcoming kazoo performance on Friday, Dec. 22 at 9 a.m. during Morning Program. Pre-K students will join in on the fun with a special fieldtrip to the Morning Program as well. Stay tuned to learn more about how teachers from SES share the sounds of the season with kazoos!
