7th Grade Smashes Fundraising Goal

7th grade students pose as a cohort of fundraisers to present a check to ma and pa kettle corn
Way to go Grade 7 Fundraisers!
7th graders at Solvay Middle School just ended their month of fundraising with Ma and Pa's Kettle Corn.

After selling nearly 400 items (including popcorn, kettle corn, and freeze-dried Skittles) the class raised almost $3600 in profit and donations! Students were excited to raise these funds as an investment towards their Class of 2031 account, securing a head start for class events over the next several years. They are even more excited to have earned enough to use a portion of the proceeds to fund their spring field trip!

We are incredibly proud of our students for taking ownership of their class goals, and Ma and Pa's greatly appreciated the support of their local business. A huge thank you to our amazing community for your support and for making this achievement possible. We couldn’t have done it without you!
