Solvay students conquer Chip Camp

A few of Solvay's 6th and 7th graders had the opportunity to attend a Micron Chip Camp hosted by Liverpool CSD over Spring Break. Students challenged themselves through hands-on STEM activities such as creating scribble-bots, rubber band race cars, and hydraulic claws. During the camp, students traveled to Cornell University to learn about Nanotechnology and try on Clean Room suits. Chip Camp invites students to see and experience what engineers and scientists do every day in a semiconductor company.
