Solvay Senior Ed Nanno Named “Extraordinary Talent of the Week”

Congratulations to Solvay High School Senior Ed Nanno!

Ed was recently named the “Extraordinary Talent of the Week” by News Channel 9, hosted by Carrie Lazarus. The segment first ran on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018.   

Ed plays four instruments – three of which he has taught himself. In addition to this, Ed has had roles in many of the musical productions throughout the district, including “Cinderella.”

Throughout the segment, Ed continuously expressed his gratitude towards the Solvay community for helping him grow his musical talents. At the end of the year, Ed will head off to college with a new tenor saxophone, thanks to the Carrie Lazarus Extraordinary Talent Fund.
