Family ID

Registration Procedures:

1. Click here to access the FamilyID website
2.  Create your account
3.  Next, choose applicable schools: 

• Solvay High School (grades 9-12)
• Solvay Middle School (grades 7-8)

4.  Follow the prompts to sign up- Please enter STUDENT name, not PARENT name
5.  Fill out the Sports Questionnaire
6.  Download a copy of the current student physical exam for your doctor OR bring a hard copy to the school nurse. (if you download a copy to Family ID, please notify the school nurse that you have done so)
7.  Follow the prompts to complete registration

* The school nurse will have to approve or deny students. If your registration is denied, you will be contacted*

* Students or Parents/Guardians are responsible to notify the Athletic Department if you are  having trouble completeing the Family ID process*

*Once you have registered the first time with Family ID, the next sport sign-up will be easy*
