Bearcats make History at CNY Regional History Day

On Saturday, March 23, SMS Bearcats made history at CNY Regional History Day held at OCM BOCES. Each year there is a theme for History Day that students have to do a project based upon. This year's theme was Turning Points in History.
Students have worked in their NHD class since October on these projects.

Out of ten 8th grade students who participated, nine advanced to the New York State Contest for National History Day, at SUNY Oneonta, on Sunday, April 14th. Congratulations!
