Solvay Participates in Elementary All-County Festival

Eight students from the Solvay Union Free School District recently had the honor of participating in this year’s Elementary All-County Music Festival. The student singers and musicians participate with more than 30 other elementary and junior high schools in Onondaga County, marking their participation in the festival as a great accomplishment.

“We appreciate the continued support of our music program,” said Middle School Band Director Chris Jabot. “It allows us to provide more students the opportunities to attend events such as this.”

The following students participated in the festival:
Chorus: Athena Clark, Cameron Giannone, Jack Haskell, Kaylah Kowalczyk, Leanette Rivera, Sophia Westcott
Band: Jayde Coyne, Mei Lynne DeGroat
