Fall 2020 Planning Survey

Solvay Families,

To prepare to implement the district's reopening plan we request the following form be filled out for each student who is or will be enrolled in the district by September 2020. The information from this survey will be used to help us plan for a safe return to school. It is anticipated that at this time we will return under the hybrid model (2 days of in-person learning and 3 days of distance learning).  Please return this form by Friday, August 7th.
